In this matter, he is like the testator, so he is a legatee, not an heir, and he is not an heir unless the person on it dies, for the division has occurred between the owner and the owned, so he is the heir to them. So, it is his saying, “Indeed, we inherit the land and whoever is on it,” and he did not say “and who is in it,” because the dead person in terms of his body is in it, not on it. So if the Truth is independent of His creation of things for Himself, but He created them some of them for each other, then He has separated from them in this way, and they have separated from Him and been distinguished from them, and they have been distinguished from Him by a separation in which there is a meeting, then you are an inheritor, and the Truth is inherited from Him, and this is His saying, “He inherits them from whomever He pleases from among His servants,” and it is the one whom God made known to him this knowledge with which he differentiated between the Creator and the created.
