Its owner is called Abdul-Gati, and the slave is a taker and the slave is a giver of charity, and it falls into the hand of the Most Merciful in the case of giving. God is a taker, so He is a taker just as He is a giver, and there is no animal but He takes by its forelock, because it gave him by its truth and acceptance of being able to take by its forelock, in humiliation because he is a slave, and whoever takes his forelock is humiliated. All are servants of God Almighty, for all are humble in Himself, and He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise .
