If it is a person or an imam, he says, “God hears him who praises Him.” This is the place of consensus. Not everyone who says this knows that God is the one who said it. Unless he hears this news, then this is what is blocked. As for the people of revelation and existence, they do not need news. Rather, they know who is the hearer and the one who said it. They are drowned. In its sea, they do not hope for death, life, or resurrection.
