All existence is letters, words, surahs, and verses. It is the Great Qur’an to which falsehood does not come from before it or behind it. It is protected by the eye, so it is not characterized by nothingness, because nothingness is the negation of thingness, and thingness is intelligible in existence and stability, and so on. Then there is a third level. If you hear the denial of thingness, then the negation denies the thingness of affirmation. The objectivity of existence in particular is that the objectivity of permanence is not negated by the objectivity of existence, so his saying, “And You were not a thing,” is the objectivity of existence because he came with the word “tak,” which is an existential letter, so he denied it. And similarly, there is not a thing mentioned, and remembrance is existence, so know that. And God speaks the truth, and He guides the way.
