Refuse vices, for they are the honorable souls of God’s servants, and join with this quality to the highest assembly, about whom God said, “His scrolls are in the hands of noble, righteous travelers,” so he described them as honorable. Every description that attaches you to the highest assembly is an honor in your right .

The knowledgeable servants of God put between themselves and the attributes of the Truth when creating His names what God has described to the Most High of that attribute, so they take it insofar as it is an attribute of purified servants of God, not insofar as it is an attribute of the Almighty Truth, for their honor is not to depart from the position of servitude. This taste in the knowers is dear, for most of the knowers only adopt the beautiful names in terms of what they are the names of God Almighty, not in terms of what we have mentioned about the fact that the highest group has been characterized by them in a way that befits him. These people do not find in their creation a taste of divinity that these names deserve. So whoever knows what we have mentioned and acts on it will taste the knowledge of manifestation that no one has tasted of who found the taste of divinity in his creation .

The descriptions of God’s saints in the Book of God, entrusted with the word of God, are many, and among the highest and most complete of praise is that which has included participation in it in a way that indicates differentiation. And more than this divine revelation would not have occurred, had it not been that entities are manifestations of the truth, and its descent from Him to Him occurred, the knowers would not have been able to bear the words of the truth or to hear it. So He made Himself the most merciful of those who are merciful to His servants, the wisest of judges in determining His decree, the best of creators in decreeing Him, the best of forgivers in the covering of His majesty, the best of conquerors of the gates of His unseen, the best of those who separate with the rulings of His wisdom, for they are careful of their trusts and covenants, careful of His word and of their testimonies, standing before Him in the carpet of His majesty and inviting Him with clear kn

And know that whoever smells the scent of knowledge of God does not say why he did such-and-such and why he did such-and-such, and how can someone who knows God say why he did such-and-such when he knows that He is the cause that necessitated everything that appeared and what appears and what came before and what was delayed and what was arranged for its own sake, for it is the same cause, so there is no cause. There is no other than Him, Glory be to Him, the Most High, beyond what the oppressors say. He is very high, for His will is the Throne of His Essence. This is what Abu Talib al-Makki said: If you understand, then it is opened to you in the knowledge of the lineage of the divine names that appeared by the appearance of the divine manifestations in the essence of possible things, and they varied, were naturalized, and were individualized.
