We narrated it from the hadith of Al-Hashimi, conveying to the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he said, “O people, accept what you have been assigned to do in reforming your hereafter, and turn away from what has been guaranteed to you regarding the affairs of your world, and do not use the limbs that have been nourished by His grace to expose yourself to His wrath by disobeying Him, and make it your business to seek His forgiveness and turn away.” Your motivation is to get closer to Him by obeying Him. He who begins with his share of this world will miss his share of the Hereafter and does not realize what he wants from it. And whoever begins with his share of the Hereafter will attain his share of this world and will realize what he wants from the Hereafter.

So refrain from your reproach and pardon him *** For forgiveness is the mark of every free person

God Almighty says, O son of Adam, if you remember Me, you thank Me, and if you forget Me, you disbelieve in Me. I will spend and I will spend on you. I am with My servant.
