This is the treasury of divine rulings and man-made and legal laws, and God Almighty, in His revelation to the hearts of His servants, legislates in every nation two paths: the path of sending the trustworthy spirit called Gabriel, or whoever is one of the angels, to a servant of God’s servants, so that servant is called, because of this revelation to him, a messenger and a prophet who must follow.
