Know, may God help you, that drinking is what you benefit from in the second breath in addition to what you benefited in the same tasting, to the extent of what you have reached according to the doctrine of those who see irrigation and those who do not see it

And know that drinking may be due to thirst, or it may be due to enjoyment, not thirst, such as the people of Paradise drinking after drinking from the basin that served as a place for them to taste, so they drank from the basin due to thirst and then they will never be thirsty after that, for the people of Paradise will not thirst in it while they drink from it. Lust and pleasure, not quenching thirst or quenching its pain .

And know that drinking varies depending on the drink, and if the drink is one type, it varies according to the mood of the drinkers, which is their readiness. Among people are some whose drink is water, and among them are those whose drink is milk, and among them are those whose drink is wine, and among them are those whose drink is honey, according to the form in which that knowledge is revealed. These categories are forms of different sciences that we have mentioned in a section of ours that we called the Levels of the Sciences of Gifting, and our evidence for what we said is that they are the sciences of the vision of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.

He said, “I saw it as if I was given a cup of milk and I drank from it until I saw dripping coming out of my nails, then I gave my virtue to Omar. They said, “What did you explain, O Messenger of God?” He said, “Knowledge.”

This is knowledge that was manifested in the form of milk. Likewise, sci
